Peoplewise is an award-winning business psychology consultancy specialising in assessing potential, developing leaders and transforming businesses. Well, we all know that now. When the company first came to us, though, their way of talking about themselves was super complex.
That’s because Peoplewise found themselves in the same pickle as lots of other successful businesses – growing to a point where they offered so many things to so many clients, it became hard to make sense of it all.
“Fret not”, said we. And, so, we began a back-to-basics branding exercise. Client interviews. Staff workshops. Document reviews. All getting to the root of who they are, how they help clients and what makes their audiences tick.
We distilled these insights into a refreshed visual and verbal brand identity, including logo and tone of voice. And we crafted a simple messaging framework and brand playbook, articulating a clear purpose, vision, mission and proposition, repackaging their offering in a way that made sense for the future growth of the business.
